Slaughter Processor

Job description:

• splitting of poultry, pork and beef into cuts,
• operation of the meat cutting machines and equipment,
• classification of the received cuts,
• hand and mechanical skinning,
• maintenance and protection of tools used in cutting and splitting,
• observing health and safety regulations,
• taking care of the quality of the work performed.

Requirements:

• experience is not required - we provide job training,
• physical fitness,
• commitment to assigned duties,
• ability to work in a team,
• readiness to work in shifts,
• being accurate, responsible and motivated to work.
